Kicking the SUGAR Habit

Sheri will be speaking to 100 elementary school students at New Eagle Elementary School on the dangers of sugar.   She will be sharing recipes and preparing mock chocolate covered strawberries with the kids!  Some of her students from her “Healthy Kids in the Kitchen”  cooking program will be assisting.

Healthy Lunches, Happy Kids

Join Sheri at the Easttown Library, 720 First Ave. Berwyn, PA Registration begins Mon., March 3.

Families with children grades K-5.  are invited to attend and learn how to put together healthy (and tasty!) snacks and lunches. Sample snacks will be provided, along with menus and recipe handouts.
